I found the following "Binary." font interesting because of its surprising readability despite its basis on shapes. I also like how it uses the color relationship of blue and red to define each letter.
The other fonts I found are by French designer Romain Albertini. He also did a binary font as well as a series of business cards where he varied the appearance of each one with how he stamped the image.
